Respect. Eighteen-year-old Grant Kessler made national news this week when he showed up in a suit and tie to meet his newborn niece for the first time. When Kessler arrived at the hospital in his GQ-approved gray suit jacket, dark trousers, and tie, his younger sister Iris (also there awaiting the birth) snapped a quick photo and posted it to Twitter.
